Building a Strong Foundation of Fitness in Young Adults
The Swamp's Middle School program focuses on building strength, developing body awareness, and improving balance and coordination for students in grades 5-8. Each class includes a warm-up, a strength component and a fun, intense workout. We encourage our kids to challenge themselves both physically and mentally, and we hold them accountable for their actions and their commitment to quality.
Our class is safe and effective for young adults of all levels and fitness backgrounds. This program is perfect for preparing athletes for the rigorous training of individual or team sports, as well as for those that may not be interested in participating in team sports.
