No Barbell. All bodyweight. Just sweat.

Our SWEAT class is a 45-minute, bodyweight-focused and endurance-based class, allowing each athlete to move at their own desired intensity. There is no barbell involved in this class but you will get to work with a broad array of movements, from rowing and running to kettlebell swings and jumping lunges. SWEAT is open to anyone, experienced or not, member or not. There is a $20 fee per class for non-members.
